COMPENSATION
Each of the Principals of the firm will reach reasonable compensation agreements with the parties involved in the form of either hourly rates or a fixed fee. We are willing to consider, and may ourselves suggest, incentive features in connection with either type of compensation.
Special rates will be considered for those who may agree, at the time of a transaction or other pertinent event, to engage the firm to assist the parties with resolving issues or strategic planning designed to avoid future disputes.
